We started in 2021 after a decade of hiring engineers for Berlin scale-ups, watching the same pattern repeat: strong Balkan candidates filtered out by distance while companies overpaid closer to home. The gap was never skill. It was trust and logistics.

So we built the boring parts. Local entities in four countries, an assessment bench of working senior engineers, contracts a lawyer has actually read. The network grows by referral only and every engineer is vetted in person, in Tirana, Prishtina or on a call we run ourselves.
